  • Eric G: The Snipping tool for Windows 7, an application built into Windows 7 and with a little help, a great tool for staff so show you exactly what that error said. You just need a Lab called: “Inserting images” by Kent T in GMail for the staff to copy and paste the image into the e-mail.
